Paramedics receive email notification when their proof is accepted by their supervisor.

Thirty days before the credential, licensing, regulatory or continuing education requirement expires the paramedic automatically receives email modification. As the deadline approaches, they receive additional notifications until they prove they've met the requirement. Nothing could be easier.

Paramedics automatically receive email notification warning them of each requirement about to expire. If the paramedic becomes noncompliant, they automatically receive repeated notifications until they remedy the situation.
EMS supervisors can see the status of every paramedic with a few mouse clicks. (The green check mark means compliant. The red X means noncompliant.) Click on the red X for details. Click on the email address to send the noncompliant paramedic a personal email.

IMEDIC CERT'n tracks the different requirement for different levels of EMS employee: advanced care paramedics, primary care paramedics, paramedic supervisor etc. You can easily add requirements for any level including requirements unique to your hospital or your region. The standard requirements all paramedics need – driver’s license, intubations, CPR etc. – are in place. Custom requirements - for example, learning how to use specific equipment unique to your region - are easy to add. Requirements can be mandatory or voluntary. Requirements can be binary - course taken/not taken - or based on a score: any combination of criteria that add up to your predefined score constitute meeting the requirement. An insufficient score shows a red X.
